About Welyn Piazza
Care-home experience from every angle.
Welyn’s perspective comes from years spent beside residents, families, caregivers, and owners—building homes, leading teams, and improving the daily experience of care.
A life in senior care
Hands-on leadership with heart.
Welyn Piazza has more than two decades of experience serving seniors and leading care-home operations in Arizona.
She owned, operated, and managed Kierland Manor Assisted Living Home in Scottsdale, where she directed the full operation—from hiring and supervision to marketing, medications, activities, family coordination, and staff responsibilities.
She also independently founded and operated Hohokam Adult Care Home in Mesa, a ten-resident private home. There, she led and trained a seven-person health-care team while balancing resident care, regulatory responsibilities, and business goals.
Earlier, as Activities Director at Legacy Palms Assisted Living, Welyn planned therapeutic programs and social activities for more than 100 assisted-living and memory-care residents, managed transportation, monitored resident participation and changes, and created the facility’s first twelve-page monthly newsletter and events calendar.
